  • 3 eggs (156g)

  • ⅔ cup (120g) salted butter at room temperature

  • 1 and ½ cups of sugar (276g)

  • ¾ cup of milk (150ml)

  • ¼ cup of oil (50 ml)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)

  • 2 cups of wheat flour (272g)

  • 6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (42g)

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 eggs (156g);
  • Add ⅔ cup (tea) of salted butter at room temperature (120g);
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar (276g);
  • Mix;
  • Add ¾ cup (tea) of milk (150 ml);
  • Mix;
  • Add ¼ cup (tea) of oil (50 ml);
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
  • Mix well;
  • Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (272g);
  • Mix well;
  • Divide the dough into 2 parts;
  • In one part, add 6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (42g);
  • Mix;
  • Grease and flour a baking sheet;
  • Add half of the white mass;
  • Add half of the chocolate mass;
  • Add the rest of the white mass;
  • Add the rest of the chocolate mass;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
