3 eggs (156g)
⅔ cup (120g) salted butter at room temperature
1 and ½ cups of sugar (276g)
¾ cup of milk (150ml)
¼ cup of oil (50 ml)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
2 cups of wheat flour (272g)
6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (42g)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs (156g);
- Add ⅔ cup (tea) of salted butter at room temperature (120g);
- Mix;
- Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of sugar (276g);
- Mix;
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of milk (150 ml);
- Mix;
- Add ¼ cup (tea) of oil (50 ml);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
- Mix well;
- Add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour (272g);
- Mix well;
- Divide the dough into 2 parts;
- In one part, add 6 tablespoons of powdered chocolate (42g);
- Mix;
- Grease and flour a baking sheet;
- Add half of the white mass;
- Add half of the chocolate mass;
- Add the rest of the white mass;
- Add the rest of the chocolate mass;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 1 hour;
- Your mixed cake is ready!
