Ingredients
4 eggs
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
1 cup (tea) warm milk
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of oat flakes
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar
2 cups of flour (wheat)
Directions
- Add the eggs, oil, warm milk, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Add the oat flakes, wheat flour and mix more. - Add the baking powder and mix until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.
Transfer to a greased and floured form. - Preheat the oven to 180º₢ and bake the cake for approximately 30 minutes, until golden on the outside.
- After the cake has cooled, unmold it with a knife on a plate or platter and the oatmeal cake can now be served.
