Ingredients
- Filling
3 tablespoons of oil or olive oil
1 large onion chopped into cubes
4 minced garlic cloves
1 kilo of ground beef (I used the rump end)
Salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 pinch of paprika coffee
1 pinch of oregano
1 can of tomato paste
1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of water
1 tablespoon of ketchup
3 tablespoons of chopped parsley

500 grams of fresh pasta for lasagna
400 grams of grated ham
400 grams of grated mozzarella cheese
- White sauce
1 box of sour cream (200 grams)
1 cup cream cheese (200 grams)
Directions
- Filling
- In a pan over medium heat, add 3 tablespoons of oil or olive oil;
- Add 1 large onion chopped into cubes and let it brown;
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves and let it brown;
- Add 1 kilo of ground beef (I used the rump end), mix and cook;
- Add salt to taste;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add 1 pinch of paprika coffee;
- Add 1 pinch of oregano;
- Mix and let it cook for 3 minutes;
- Add 1 can of tomato paste;
- Add 1/2 cup of tea (200 ml cup) of water;
- Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup;
- Mix well and let it cook for 5 minutes;
- Add 3 tablespoons of chopped green smell;
- Mounting
- On a platter, add 1 layer of stuffing;
- Add 1 layer of dough;
- Add 1 layer of ham;
- Add 1 layer of cheese;
- Repeat the steps until you run out of ingredients (finish with the dough);
- White Sauce
- In a pot, add 1 box of cream (200 grams);
- Add 1 cup of cream cheese (200 grams);
- Mix well;
- Add on top;
- Add cheese on top;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for approximately 30 minutes (until fixings);
