250g wheat for kibbeh (hydrate with 2 cups of hot water)
500g of minced meat
1 onion
Mint to taste
2 garlic cloves
Salt and black pepper to taste

- In a bowl, add 250g of hydrated kibbeh wheat;
- Add 500g of ground beef;
- In a blender, add 1 chopped onion;
- Add mint to taste;
- Add 2 cloves of garlic;
- Add salt and pepper to taste;
- Add 1/4 cup of water;
- Beat well;
