For your catupiry stuffed kibbeh to be perfect, you will need to use the ingredients below. 
Follow the cooking instructions!


  • 250g wheat for kibbeh (hydrate with 2 cups of hot water)

  • 500g of minced meat

  • 1 onion

  • Mint to taste

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Catupiry to stuff


  • In a bowl, add 250g of hydrated kibbeh wheat;
  • Add 500g of ground beef;
  • In a blender, add 1 chopped onion;
  • Add mint to taste;
  • Add 2 cloves of garlic;
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Add 1/4 cup of water;
  • Beat well;
  • Add the meat and wheat to the bowl;
  • Add salt to taste;
  • Mix well;
  • Open the masses;
  • Add catupiry;
  • Close;
  • Take it to the freezer and let it freeze (at least 1 hour);
  • Fry in hot oil;
