Ingredients
1 cup of bacon
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red pepper
1/2 green pepper
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
Olives to taste
Raisins to taste
5 boiled eggs
Chives to taste
1 packet of panko flour (200g)
Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 generous thread of olive oil;
- Add 1 cup of bacon;
- Add the peppers;
- Add 1 small chopped onion;
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
- Mix and let it fry a little;
- Add 1 grated carrot;
- Mix and let it cool;
- Add olives to taste;
- Add raisins to taste;
- Mix;
- Add 5 hard-boiled eggs;
- Add chives to taste;
- Add 1 package of panko flour (200g);
- Adjust salt and pepper;
