Prepare this delicious condensed milk pudding today and make your day sweeter!


  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup (250 ml) milk

  • 2 cans of condensed milk (395 grams each)

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 1 cup of water (to dissolve the sugar)

  • About 1/2 cup (tea) of water to add in the 2nd step of the recipe


  • Place the eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender. 
    Beat for about 2 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
  • To make the syrup, add the sugar to the mold with 1 cup of water, bring to a low heat and when it starts to melt, add 1/2 cup of water. 
    Cook until all the sugar melts and forms a caramelized syrup.
  • Pour the pudding mixture into the caramelized form, wrap it completely with aluminum foil and place it inside a larger roast with water halfway up. 
    Then place it to bake in a bain-marie in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
  • Wait for the pudding to cool slightly and transfer to the fridge for at least 4 hours. 
    Unmold the dessert onto a plate or platter of your choice and serve the ice-cold condensed milk pudding.Condensed Milk Pudding
