Ingredients

  • ½ Small cabbage (4-5 cups), shredded

  • 1 Onion, chopped

  • 4-5 Cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 Carrots, chopped

  • 3½ Cups diced tomatoes

  • 1½ Cups tomato sauce

  • 4-5 Cups vegetable broth, low sodium

  • 1 Tbsp. dried parsley

  • 1 Tsp. oregano

  • Sea salt to taste

Directions

  • Chop 3 carrots;
  • Shred 1/2 small cabbage;
  • Add to slow cooker;
  • Add 3½ Cups diced tomatoes;
  • Add 1 Onion, chopped;
  • Add 4-5 Cloves garlic, minced;
  • Add Salt;
  • Add 1 Tbsp. dried parsley;
  • Add 1 Tsp. oregano;
  • Add 1½ Cups tomato sauce;
  • Add 4-5 Cups vegetable broth, low sodium;
  • Cook for 3 – 4 hours;
