½ Small cabbage (4-5 cups), shredded
1 Onion, chopped
4-5 Cloves garlic, minced
3 Carrots, chopped
3½ Cups diced tomatoes
1½ Cups tomato sauce
4-5 Cups vegetable broth, low sodium
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tsp. oregano
Sea salt to taste
Directions
- Chop 3 carrots;
- Shred 1/2 small cabbage;
- Add to slow cooker;
- Add 3½ Cups diced tomatoes;
- Add 1 Onion, chopped;
- Add 4-5 Cloves garlic, minced;
- Add Salt;
- Add 1 Tbsp. dried parsley;
