You will fall in love with this chia pudding recipe!

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of chia

  • 1 tablespoon of xylitol

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 200 ml coconut milk or chestnut milk

Directions

  • Mix chia, xylitol, vanilla essence and coconut milk or chestnut milk in a container. 
    Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
  • Transfer the dessert to a pot or glass of your choice, add the accompaniment you want (chocolate powder, fruits, honey, etc.) or consume the pure chia pudding.
