In addition to tasty, the banana cake with cinnamon is super cute!


  • 3 eggs

  • 3 bananas

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of sifted wheat flour

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast

  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder

  • 3/4 cup (tea) of oil


  • Mash the bananas and transfer to the blender. 
    Add the eggs, sugar, oil, cinnamon and beat for a few minutes.
  • Place the sifted flour and yeast in a bowl and mix well. 
    Add to the blender mixture and stir until homogenized.
  • Grease a baking sheet with butter or oil and sprinkle with a little sugar. 
    Transfer the dough to it and bake for about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Remove the banana cinnamon cake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. 
    Unmold onto a plate or platter of your choice and the cake is ready.
