On June 6, 2024, Tokyo DisneySea will open Fantasy Springs, an expansion that includes the innovative attraction “Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure”, an incredible immersive adventure that will allow you to fly over Neverland, using advanced technology and in collaboration with artists by Walt Disney Animation Studios and the Imagineers.
The film “Peter Pan”, released by Disney in 1953, is an animated classic that tells the adventures of Peter Pan, the boy who does not want to grow up, and his friends in the magical Neverland. The story has been a source of inspiration for multiple adaptations and attractions at Disney parks.
In “Peter Pan’s Neverland Adventure,” guests will join Peter Pan, Tinkerbell and the Lost Boys to rescue John from Captain Hook and his pirates.
Aboard a ship sprinkled with fairy dust, they will fly and encounter iconic scenes and characters from the movie “Peter Pan,” including Wendy, Michael, the mermaids and Captain Hook’s ship, the Jolly Roger.
The attraction uses a motion base with six degrees of freedom and a projection system that creates impressive 3D effects that give the sensation of flying and provides an immersive experience.
Tokyo DisneySea, opened in 2001, is a unique theme park that celebrates the spirit of exploration and adventure. Located in Urayasu, Japan, it is known for its detailed setting and themed attractions based on aquatic and maritime stories.
