Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of unbleached all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup (tea) milk

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • Add the eggs, milk and sugar in a bowl and mix. 
    Add the wheat flour, baking powder and mix well, until the dough is smooth and uniform.
  • With the help of two spoons, take small portions of the dough and fry them in a skillet with preheated oil over medium heat.
  • Transfer the dumplings to a plate or plate with paper towels, roll them in the sugar and cinnamon powder, and the rain dumplings are ready to serve.
