Ingredients
4 large or 6 small chayotes
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 heaping tablespoon of garlic and salt seasoning
4 eggs
1 coffee spoon of salt
1 coffee spoon of black pepper
150 grams of cheese
150 grams of cream cheese
1 dessertspoon chimichurri or fried garlic
1 level dessert spoon of royal powder (chemical yeast)
Parsley to taste
Directions
- In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
- Add 1 level tablespoon of garlic seasoning and salt;
- Add 4 large chayotes or 6 small ones, grated (or cut into slices);
- Let it sauté a little;
- Add 1 dessert spoon of chimichurri or fried garlic;
- Transfer the chayote to a serving dish;
- In a blender, add 4 eggs;
- Add 150g of cheese;
- Add 150g of curd;
- Add 1 pinch of salt;
- Add 1 pinch of black pepper;
- Add parsley to taste;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 level dessert spoon of royal powder (chemical yeast)
- Mix;
- Transfer the mixture to the chayote dish;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
