Wheat Flour 2 cups (240g)
Sour cream 1 box (200g)
Butter 2 tablespoons (40g)
1 pinch salt
- Filling
200g mozzarella cheese
Ham 100g
Oregano to taste
- Mounting
Gem 1 unit
Milk 1 teaspoon (5 mL)
Directions
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 2 cups (240g) Wheat Flour;
- Add milk cream 1 box (200g);
- Add Butter 2 tbsp (40g);
- Add Salt 1 pinch;
- Mix well;
- Filling
- In a bowl, add 200g Mozzarella Cheese;
- Add Ham 100g;
- Add Oregano to taste;
- Mix well;
- Mounting
- Flour your countertop;
- Roll out some dough with a rolling pin or bottle;
- Cut the dough;
- Add the stuffing;
- Close the pastel;
- Pinch the sides with a fork;
- Transfer the pastries to a greased and floured shape;
- Brush a mixture of 1 yolk with 1 tsp Milk (5 mL);
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes;
- Your oven pie is ready!
