minutesWith this cassava broth you will warm up the coldest days with a lot of flavor!
Ingredients
1 liter of water
1 minced garlic clove
1 piece of minced beef
1/2 kilo of cassava (cassava/cassava) cooked
1/2 chopped pepperoni
1/2 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped bell pepper
1/2 chopped onion
chopped green pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
Olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Place the cooked and chopped cassava in a blender with 1 liter of water, beat until a homogeneous cream is formed and set aside.
Add the chopped onion, olive oil to taste in a pan and sauté lightly without stopping to stir. - Add the chopped pepper and tomato, sauté lightly as well and add the pepperoni, sun-dried meat and chopped garlic.
Season with pepper and salt to taste and continue stirring while sautéing for a few more minutes. - Pour the mixture from the blender and cook non-stop stirring for approximately 5 minutes.
Add the chopped green smell, mix well and turn off the fire. - Serve the cassava broth in containers of your choice and consume it warm.
