Making this skillet bread is very easy and guarantees a delicious snack!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of wheat flour

  • 125 ml of hot water

  • 10 grams of sugar

  • 5 grams of salt

  • 1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil

Directions

  • In a container add the sifted wheat flour, salt, sugar, butter or coconut oil, hot water and mix well. 
    Knead until it forms a ball, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Grease a smooth, clean surface with flour and place the dough. 
    Cut it into 4 equal pieces and make balls. 
    Cover again with a cloth and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
  • Roll out each piece of dough with your hands and leave it very thin with the help of a rolling pin on a smooth and floured surface.
  • Fry the bread discs in a heated skillet without oil and lightly brown both sides. 
    Cover with a cloth dampened with water and the pan bread is ready to serve.
