Ingredients
250 grams of wheat flour
125 ml of hot water
10 grams of sugar
5 grams of salt
1 tablespoon butter or coconut oil
Directions
- In a container add the sifted wheat flour, salt, sugar, butter or coconut oil, hot water and mix well.
Knead until it forms a ball, cover with a cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes. - Grease a smooth, clean surface with flour and place the dough.
Cut it into 4 equal pieces and make balls.
Cover again with a cloth and let it rest for another 20 minutes. - Roll out each piece of dough with your hands and leave it very thin with the help of a rolling pin on a smooth and floured surface.
- Fry the bread discs in a heated skillet without oil and lightly brown both sides.
Cover with a cloth dampened with water and the pan bread is ready to serve.
