Ingredients

  • 2 eggs 100 grams

  • 1 orange, chopped 200 grams

  • ¾ cup (tea) of oil 150 ml

  • 1 cup (tea) sugar 185 grams

  • 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams

Directions

  • In a blender, add 2 eggs 100 grams;
  • Add 1 chopped orange 200 grams (with peel and seeds);
  • Add ¾ cup (tea) of oil 150 ml;
  • Add 1 cup (tea) sugar 185 grams;
  • Beat well;
  • Transfer to a bowl through a sieve;
  • Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
  • Mix and beat for 1 minute;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
