2 eggs 100 grams
1 orange, chopped 200 grams
¾ cup (tea) of oil 150 ml
1 cup (tea) sugar 185 grams
1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams
1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams
Directions
- In a blender, add 2 eggs 100 grams;
- Add 1 chopped orange 200 grams (with peel and seeds);
- Add ¾ cup (tea) of oil 150 ml;
- Add 1 cup (tea) sugar 185 grams;
- Beat well;
- Transfer to a bowl through a sieve;
- Add 1 and ½ cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams;
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder 14 grams;
- Mix and beat for 1 minute;
