Ingredients

  • 2 whole eggs

  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sour sprinkle

  • 1/2 cup rice flour (tea)

  • 300 grams of cottage cheese

  • Butter for greasing

  • Pink salt to taste

Directions

  • In a container add the eggs, the sour sprinkle, the rice flour, the cottage cheese, the grated parmesan cheese, the pink salt to taste and mix very well to homogenize the dough.
  • With your hands greased with a little butter, shape the cheese breads with portions of the dough. 
    Then place them side by side on a greased baking sheet and bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180º₢.
  • Carefully remove the baking sheet with the fit cheese breads from the oven and the recipe is ready to be consumed.
