2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sour sprinkle
1/2 cup rice flour (tea)
300 grams of cottage cheese
Butter for greasing

Directions
- In a container add the eggs, the sour sprinkle, the rice flour, the cottage cheese, the grated parmesan cheese, the pink salt to taste and mix very well to homogenize the dough.
