  • 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)

  • 1/2 cup of oil (110ml)

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

  • 1 cup of yogurt (170g)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)

  • 1 good pinch of salt

Directions

  • In a bowl, add 3 eggs (150g);
  • Beat for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
  • Beat for another 1 minute;
  • Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
  • Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
  • Beat for another 1 minute;
  • Add 1 cup of yogurt (170g);
  • Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g);
  • Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
  • Add 1 good pinch of salt;
  • Mix and beat for another 1 minute;
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 55 minutes;
