1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)
1/2 cup of oil (110ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 cup of yogurt (170g)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
1 good pinch of salt
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs (150g);
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
- Beat for another 1 minute;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Beat for another 1 minute;
- Add 1 cup of yogurt (170g);
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
- Add 1 good pinch of salt;
- Mix and beat for another 1 minute;
- Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 55 minutes;
