2 yams
400 ml of water
1 lemon juice
4 tablespoons of sugar
Ice cubes to taste
Directions
- Peel and cut the yams into cubes.
Put it in the blender and add the water, lemon juice, ice cubes to taste and beat until completely dissolved. - Add the sugar to the blender and beat some more.
