Ingredients
100 grams of sour cream
200 grams of white chocolate
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 egg whites
Directions
- Melt the white chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave every 30 seconds.
Add the cream and mix well until you form a ganache. - In a saucepan add the egg whites, sugar and stir non-stop over low heat until the sugar has completely melted.
Transfer to the batter and beat until it becomes whipped cream. - Add the whipped cream and ganache, stir well until the mixture is smooth and uniform and transfer to small pots or bowls of your choice.
Take the dessert to the fridge for at least 2 hours and the white chocolate mousse is ready to serve.
