- Dough
2 eggs
1 cup (tea) wheat flour
1 cup (tea) milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 cup (tea) of oil
1/2 tablespoon of baking powder
- Filling
1 can of drained tuna
1/2 small onion chopped
1/2 chopped tomato
Corn to taste
Pea to taste
Oregano to taste
Chopped olives to taste
Black pepper to taste
Directions
- Add the milk, eggs, oil, salt in a bowl and mix well.
Add the wheat flour and mix again.
Add the baking powder, mix a little more to homogenize the dough and set aside. - Add the chopped tuna, peas, corn, olives, onion and tomato in a separate bowl.
Stir very well, season with oregano and black pepper to taste and stir again. - Pour the dough into a small greased and floured form.
Then lightly spread the tuna stuffing with vegetables on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for approximately 25 to 30 minutes, remove carefully and the tuna pie is ready to serve.
