  • Le Jardin del Chef, a green asparagus mousse served with quinoa, baby vegetables, olive and organic lettuce mix.

  • Créme de racine, which is a pardon-scented cream of fennel bulb, carrot, leek, potato served with cheese truffle and dried fruits.

  • Poisson au beurre blanc, which is the catch of the day cooked in sous vide with spices bathed in white butter, accompanied by tempura eggplant with piloncillo sauce and honey drop pineapple.

  • Steak de Boeuf Périgueux, an imported beef filet served with smoked cauliflower puree, herbed enoki mushroom bathed in Périgueux sauce.

  • Doux Automne, a gold chocolate mouse filled with champagne boss pear and vanilla sponge cake.

Cost: $3,300.00 MXN per adult.
