This July 9 and 10, in the Chinampa del Sol de Arca Tierra, in Xochimilco, a unique gastronomic experience will be offered in which we will be able to taste flavors inspired by Thai culture.
In this experience we can enjoy creations of Somsri (better known as Ana) and Pui Raksamran, two sisters who were born in Phuket, Thailand, and are in charge of the Galanga Thai House restaurant in Mexico City.
Somsri and Pui food is characterized by its abundance, but not only in quantity, but also in flavours, textures, aromas and colours. In addition, the dishes are inspired by the memories of his childhood and family, and the tradition of the Thai markets.
