The Secretary of Tourism of the Government of Mexico, Miguel Torruco Marqués, announced that the Tianguis Turístico México 2024 will take place in the port of Acapulco, from April 8 to 12 of next year.
After the devastation of the port caused by Hurricane Otis, this decision in conjunction with the private tourism sector seeks to provide support to the population, service providers and all affected sectors.
The Tianguis Turístico is one of the most important events in the country’s travel industry. It is an annual fair that brings together representatives of the Mexican and international industry, including destinations, hotels, travel agencies, airlines and more.
The event provides a platform for the promotion and marketing of Mexico’s tourist destinations, as well as for the creation of business networks. In addition, it offers a space for the discussion of relevant topics in the industry and the presentation of the latest trends and developments in tourism.
The Tianguis Turístico México 2024 in Acapulco will be an opportunity to show the world the ability to overcome adverse situations and highlight the beauties and attractions of the country, despite the difficulties.
