Ingredients
1 bunch Swiss chard
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

- Wash the Swiss chard thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Cut off the stems and slice them into small pieces. Set aside.
- Roll up the Swiss chard leaves and slice them into thin ribbons. Set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium heat.
