Ingredients
1 kg of sliced beef ribs
1 strand of olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 chopped onion
4 minced garlic cloves
1 glass of dry white wine or beer
4 skinless chopped tomatoes
1 sprig of rosemary
1 bay leaf
700g of cassava, in pieces
Green smell to taste
Directions
- Season 1 kg of cut beef ribs with salt and black pepper;
- In a pressure cooker on the fire, add 1 thread of olive oil;
- Add the meat;
- Let the meat brown;
- Add 1 chopped onion;
- Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
- Mix;
- Add 1 glass of dry white wine or beer;
- Mix;
- Add 4 chopped skinless tomatoes;
- Add 1 sprig of rosemary;
- Add 1 bay leaf;
- Adjust salt and pepper;
- Cover the meat with hot water;
- Leave on low heat for 25 minutes;
- Add 700g of manioc in pieces;
- Take it to pressure for another 25 minutes;
- Adjust the salt;
- Add green smell to taste;
