  • 1 bay leaf

  • 700g of cassava, in pieces

Directions

  • Season 1 kg of cut beef ribs with salt and black pepper;
  • In a pressure cooker on the fire, add 1 thread of olive oil;
  • Add the meat;
  • Let the meat brown;
  • Add 1 chopped onion;
  • Add 4 minced garlic cloves;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1 glass of dry white wine or beer;
  • Mix;
  • Add 4 chopped skinless tomatoes;
  • Add 1 sprig of rosemary;
  • Add 1 bay leaf;
  • Adjust salt and pepper;

  • Leave on low heat for 25 minutes;
