For your stuffed zucchini to be delicious, use these ingredients listed below and follow the step-by-step preparation method.


  • 450g ground beef (we use ground duckling)

  • 3 italian zucchinis

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 1 chopped onion

  • 3 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 can of diced peeled tomato

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste

  • salt to taste

  • black pepper to taste

  • 100g grated mozzarella cheese

  • 50g grated parmesan cheese


  • Filling
  • In a high skillet, add 1 tsp of olive oil;
  • Add 450g of ground beef (we use ground duckling type);
  • Add salt and pepper to taste;
  • Let it cook for 2 minutes;
  • Add chopped onion;
  • Saute for 2 minutes;
  • Add minced garlic;
  • Saute for 1 minute;
  • Add 1 can of diced peeled tomato;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste;
  • Mix and let it cook;
  • Cut the zucchinis in half;
  • Remove the core of the zucchini with a spoon;
  • Transfer the zucchinis to a platter;
  • Add 1 tsp of olive oil and a pinch of salt;
  • Add the ground beef filling;
  • Add grated mozzarella;
  • Add grated parmesan;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes;
