Ingredients
1 egg
1 yolk
50 ml of oil
200 grams of chopped mozzarella
200 grams of diced fried bacon
2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
1/2 cup (tea) warm milk
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 tablespoon of sugar
5 grams of dry yeast
Directions
- Add the sugar, dry yeast, warm milk, oil, salt, egg and wheat flour in a bowl.
Knead the dough until it doesn’t stick to your hands. - Add the mozzarella cheese and chopped bacon to the dough and knead the dough for another 5 minutes.
Shape the dough and place it in a loaf pan greased with oil and flour. - Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
Then brush the egg yolk over the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180º₢ for about 35 minutes. - Carefully remove the stuffed bread from the oven, let it cool to room temperature before unmolding and the recipe is ready to eat.
