Ingredients
2 eggs
1 bunch of spinach
200 ml of milk
300 grams of wheat flour
Pepperoni pepper to taste
Spicy paprika to taste
Chopped onion to taste
Saffron to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Remove the leaves from the spinach stalks and boil them for 10 minutes.
- Cut into pieces and reserve.
- In a bowl add the eggs, saffron, hot paprika, pepperoni, chopped onion and salt to taste.
- Mix well, add the chopped spinach leaves, milk and mix more.
- Add the wheat flour little by little and continue mixing the dough until it is uniform.
- Shape the dumplings with portions of the dough using a spoon and fry them in a pan with preheated oil.
