Spicy noodles refer to a type of noodle dish that incorporates spicy flavors into the preparation. The level of spiciness can vary widely, ranging from mildly spicy to extremely hot, depending on the recipe and personal preferences. There are many regional variations of spicy noodles found in different cuisines around the world.

One popular example is the Korean dish called “Bibimbap,” which often includes spicy noodles along with a variety of vegetables, protein (such as beef or tofu), and a spicy gochujang (Korean red chili paste) sauce.

In Chinese cuisine, you might find dishes like “Dan Dan Noodles” or “Spicy Sichuan Noodles,” which feature noodles in a spicy sauce often made with ingredients like chili oil, Sichuan peppercorns, and soy sauce.
