Ingredients
- Meat Hydration
200 grams of textured soy protein
1 liter of hot water
- Preparation
100 ml of water
1 chopped tomato
1/2 chopped onion
2 minced garlic cloves
Olive oil to taste
Soy sauce to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Chopped pepper to taste
Chopped olives to taste
Chopped chili pepper to taste
Directions
- In a bowl add the soy protein and 1/2 liter of hot water.
Soak for 10 minutes and drain excess water.
Place the hydrated protein inside a clean cloth and squeeze well.
Add 1/2 liter of hot water to the soy protein again and repeat the process. - Add the chopped onion and garlic in a large pan or skillet to taste, and sauté without stirring until it starts to brown.
Add the soy and 100 ml of water. - Season with soy sauce, add the chopped tomato, the chopped olives, the chopped pepper, the chopped parsley and the chopped pepper to taste.
Let it cook for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally, and the soy meat is ready.
