3 eggs (150g)
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar (275g)
1/2 cup of oil (110ml)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (5 ml)
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g)
1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g)
1 cup of water (210 ml)
Directions
- In a bowl, add 3 eggs;
- Beat well;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar (275g);
- Mix and beat well;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil (110ml);
- Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence (5ml);
- Beat well;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour (205g);
- Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder (14g);
- Add 1 cup (tea) of water (210 ml);
- Mix and beat well;
- Transfer the dough to a greased shape with butter and wheat flour;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes;
