Simple Cornmeal Cake Recipe

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup of cornmeal
1 glass of milk
1 cup of sugar
1 tablespoon of cake yeast
1 packet of 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup of oil
Directions
- Add milk, oil, sugar, cornmeal, eggs and baking powder to a blender.
Cover and beat well.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and beat a little more to combine. - Put the dough in a greased shape with butter and wheat flour.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230º₢ for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. - After removing the simple cornmeal cake from the oven, wait for it to cool to room temperature.
Unmold or cut the pieces with the cake in its own shape and the recipe is ready to serve.
