Ingredients
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 can of green corn
1 box of sour cream
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of butter or margarine
300 ml of milk
Black pepper to taste
Chopped green pepper to taste
Directions
- In a blender place half the can of drained corn, milk and wheat flour.
Beat well and set aside. - Add the butter or margarine in a pan, take it to the fire and as soon as it melts add the other half of the can of corn and the chopped onion.
Mix well and sauté for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the blender mixture and stir constantly until it thickens. - Add the chopped green smell to taste and mix.
Add salt, pepper to taste, cream and mix well. - Cook for 1 more minute, until the cream starts to bubble, always stirring well.
Turn off the heat and the simple cream of corn is ready for consumption.
