1/2 – Diced bell pepper
1/2 – Sliced bell pepper

Directions
- Season the shrimp with lemon, garlic, salt and pepper;
- In a large skillet, add oil;
- Add diced onion;
- Mix and let it fry a little;
- Add palm oil;
- Add the peppers;
- Add half of the minced garlic (the other half add to the prawns);
- Add the chopped tomatoes;
- Add oregano;
- Add basil;
- Add black pepper;
- Add onion rings;
- Add slices of peppers;
- Add sliced tomatoes;
- Add tomato sauce;
- Add a little water;
- Add the prawns;
- Add 150ml of coconut milk;
- Add chives;
- Add cilantro;
