Potato cut into cubes 3 pieces
Butter 1 and 1/2 tbsp (30g)
Oil 1 tablespoon (13 mL)
3 cloves minced garlic
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chopped parsley to taste
Directions
- In a pan, add water;
- Take it to the fire and let it boil;
- Add Potato cut into cubes 3 units;
- Boil for 10 minutes;
- Drain and let cool slightly;
- In a skillet, add 1 tbsp Oil (13 mL);
- Add minced garlic 3 cloves;
- Fry over medium heat until golden;
- Transfer the garlic to a paper towel;
- In the skillet, add 1 tablespoon and 1/2 tablespoon (30g) Butter and let it melt;
- Let it melt;
- Add the potato;
- Add salt;
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Turn the potatoes to brown all sides;
- Add the fried garlic;
- Add chopped parsley;
