For this sardine pie to be very tasty, use these ingredients that we have listed below and follow the step-by-step method of preparation!

Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • 1 cup of milk

  • 1/2 cup of oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 packet of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cup of wheat flour

  • 1 tablespoon of cake yeast

  • Filling
  • oil to sauté

  • 1 onion

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 cup green peas or corn

  • 1/2 pepper

  • 2 cans of sardines

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • Seasonings to taste

Directions

  • Filling
  • In a pan, add 1 tsp of oil;
  • Add 1 chopped onion;
  • Add 1 grated carrot;
  • Add some salt;
  • Add oregano;
  • Add black pepper;
  • Mix;
  • Add 1/2 chopped bell pepper;
  • Add 1 cup of green peas or corn;
  • Add 2 cans of sardines;
  • Mix;
  • Add the tomato sauce;
  • Let it cook a little;

  • In a blender, add 1 cup of milk;
  • Add 1/2 cup of oil;
  • Add 2 eggs;
  • Add 1 packet of grated Parmesan cheese;
  • Add 2 cup of all-purpose flour;
  • Beat well;
  • Add 1 tablespoon of yeast to the cake and beat some more;
  • Mounting
  • Transfer the dough to a greased and floured form;
  • Add the stuffing;
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 15 minutes;
