1/2 cup corn (canned)
1/2 cup (tea) grated mozzarella 70 grams
1/4 cup (25 grams) chopped chives
1/4 cup (13 grams) chopped parsley
4 sliced olives

4 eggs 200 grams
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder 22 grams
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams
1/2 cup (tea) of starch 50 grams
1 cup (tea) of milk 210 ml
Directions
- Filling
- In a pan on the fire, add 1/2 tablespoon of oil;
- Add 240 grams of pepperoni sausage or 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) chopped;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated onion or 120 grams;
- Mix and let it cool;
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of grated garlic 9 grams;
- Mix;
- Pasta
- In a bowl, add 4 eggs 200 grams;
- Add 1 teaspoon of salt;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of oil 110 ml;
- Beat for 1 minute;
- Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of baking powder 22 grams;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of wheat flour 205 grams;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of starch 50 grams;
- Add 1 cup (tea) of milk 210 ml;
- Mix well and beat for 1 minute;
- Add the fried sausage (reserve a little for garnish);
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of chopped tomato 95 grams;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of canned corn;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of grated mozzarella 70 grams;
- Add 1/4 cup (tea) of chopped chives 25 grams;
- Add 1/4 cup (tea) of chopped parsley 13 grams;
- Mix;
- Transfer to a greased and floured baking sheet;
- Add sausage, tomato, corn, parsley and chopped olives to garnish;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 50 minutes;
- Your savory cake is ready!
