Ingredients
Potatoes pre-cooked for 5 minutes 800g
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Oregano to taste
Mozzarella cheese (120g)
Turkey breast (120g)
1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil
Directions
- After boiling the potatoes for 5 minutes, immediately place them in a bowl of ice water (leave for 30 minutes);
- Peel them;
- Grate the potatoes (only in one direction);
- Add black pepper to taste;
- Add Salt to taste;
- Mix;
- Add oil in a skillet;
- Add the potato;
- Add 1 layer of turkey breast;
- Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
- Add 1 layer of oregano;
- Add potato on top;
- Let it fry on low heat;
- After 3 minutes, drizzle the sides with oil;
- Let it brown for 8 minutes;
- Turn and leave for another 7 or 8 minutes;
- Your potato rosti is ready!
