For your potato rosti to be perfect, you will need to use the ingredients listed below and follow the step-by-step preparation method.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes pre-cooked for 5 minutes 800g

  • Salt to taste

  • Black pepper to taste

  • Oregano to taste

  • Mozzarella cheese (120g)

  • Turkey breast (120g)

  • 1/3 cup (80 mL) olive oil

Directions

  • After boiling the potatoes for 5 minutes, immediately place them in a bowl of ice water (leave for 30 minutes);
  • Peel them;
  • Grate the potatoes (only in one direction);
  • Add black pepper to taste;
  • Add Salt to taste;
  • Mix;
  • Add oil in a skillet;
  • Add the potato;
  • Add 1 layer of turkey breast;
  • Add 1 layer of mozzarella;
  • Add 1 layer of oregano;
  • Add potato on top;
  • Let it fry on low heat;
  • After 3 minutes, drizzle the sides with oil;
  • Let it brown for 8 minutes;
  • Turn and leave for another 7 or 8 minutes;
