  • 2 to 3 medium-sized sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for a smoky flavor)

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary (optional, for added herbs)


  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into 1-inch cubes. Try to keep the size uniform for even cooking.
