Making this rice ball recipe is super easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg

  • 1 carrot

  • 1 onion

  • 1 tomato

  • 3 cups of cooked rice (cooked)

  • 3 tablespoons grated parmesan

  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour

  • Salt to taste

  • Seasonings to taste (cilantro, parsley, pepper, etc.)

  • Oil

Directions

  • Add the cooked rice, chopped onion, chopped tomato, grated carrot, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt and seasonings to taste in a bowl. 
    Mix the ingredients.
  • Add the wheat flour gradually and stir preferably with your hands, until the mixture is homogeneous and firm to model a cupcake.
  • Fry the dumplings in hot oil until golden, remove them with a slotted spoon and let the oil drain.
