Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour (270 grams)
1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 3 grams * (and if using fresh yeast… use 9 grams)
1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams
1 level teaspoon of salt 5 grams
1/2 tablespoon of oil 9 ml
3/4 cup (tea) of water 150 ml
Directions
- In a bowl, add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 270 grams;
- Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 3 grams * (and if using fresh yeast… use 9 grams);
- Mix;
- Make a space in the middle of the bowl to add the next ingredients;
- Add 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams;
- Add 1 level teaspoon of salt 5 grams;
- Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to 9 ml;
- Add 3/4 cup (tea) of water 150 ml;
- Mix well;
- Knead the dough until smooth;
- Leave the dough in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, cloth or lid for 2 hours;
- Flour the worktop and the dough;
- Open it with the roller;
- Place the dough over the leftover baking sheet to make stuffed edges;
- Add catupiry to the edges of the form and close the edges;
- Add tomato sauce;
- Light to pre-bake in the oven at 300 degrees for approximately 10 minutes;
- Add more sauce;
- Fill with whatever you want;
- Bake in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes (until golden);
- Your pizza with homemade dough is ready!
