To prepare your homemade pizza dough, check the ingredients list and follow the step-by-step instructions!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wheat flour (270 grams)

  • 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 3 grams * (and if using fresh yeast… use 9 grams)

  • 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams

  • 1 level teaspoon of salt 5 grams

  • 1/2 tablespoon of oil 9 ml

  • 3/4 cup (tea) of water 150 ml

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add 2 cups (tea) of wheat flour 270 grams;
  • Add 1 teaspoon of dry yeast or 3 grams * (and if using fresh yeast… use 9 grams);
  • Mix;
  • Make a space in the middle of the bowl to add the next ingredients;
  • Add 1 level tablespoon of sugar 12 grams;
  • Add 1 level teaspoon of salt 5 grams;
  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of oil to 9 ml;
  • Add 3/4 cup (tea) of water 150 ml;
  • Mix well;
  • Knead the dough until smooth;
  • Leave the dough in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, cloth or lid for 2 hours;
  • Flour the worktop and the dough;
  • Open it with the roller;
  • Place the dough over the leftover baking sheet to make stuffed edges;
  • Add catupiry to the edges of the form and close the edges;
  • Add tomato sauce;
  • Light to pre-bake in the oven at 300 degrees for approximately 10 minutes;
  • Add more sauce;
  • Fill with whatever you want;
  • Bake in the oven for a maximum of 10 minutes (until golden);
