Ingredients

3 cups of chopped pineapple 660 grams
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams
- Cream
1 box of condensed milk 395 grams
2 tablespoons (12 grams) corn starch
2 egg yolks 30 grams
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml
1 box of cream of milk 200 grams
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence

150 grams of champagne biscuit
Milk to dip the cookies
- Meringue
2 egg whites 70 grams
1/2 cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams
1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest
Chestnuts for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Sweet
- In a pan, add 3 cups of chopped pineapple 660 grams;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams;
- Mix and bring to a boil;
- When the water dries, turn off the heat;
- Cream
- In a pan, add 1 box of condensed milk 395 grams;
- Add 2 tablespoons of 12 grams corn starch;
- Mix;
- Add 2 egg yolks 30 grams;
- Mix;
- Add 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk 320 ml;
- Add 1 box of milk cream 200 grams;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla essence;
- Mix and bring to a boil;
- Mix for 5 minutes after it starts to boil and turn off;
- Let cool;
- Mounting
- Add 1 cup of the cream to a refractory;
- Soak 150 grams of champagne biscuit in milk and add to the platter;
- Repeat the process (cream, biscuit);
- Add the pineapple on top;
- Meringue
- In a pan, add 2 egg whites 70 grams;
- Add 1/2 cup (tea) of sugar 90 grams;
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest;
- Mix and bring to low heat;
- Mix until warm and all the sugar dissolves;
- Transfer to a mixer;
- Beat until well blended, at maximum speed;
- Add over dessert;
- Add chopped chestnuts;
- Your pineapple delight is ready!
