Ingredients
100 ml of white vinegar
100 ml of tomato sauce
100 ml of oil or olive oil
1 onion
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of salt
Hot pepper to taste
Chili pepper to taste
2 bay leaves
3 cloves of garlic
Directions
- Remove the stems from the peppers (if you want the sauce to be less hot, remove the seeds as well) and set aside.
In a pan, preheat olive oil or oil to taste, add the chopped onion and garlic and sauté a little. - Add the peppers, sugar, salt, tomato sauce, vinegar and bay leaves.
Mix well, cover the pan and cook for approximately 5 minutes after boiling. - Discard the bay leaves and transfer the contents of the pan to a blender.
Add 100 ml of oil or olive oil and beat for 2 to 3 minutes, until the mixture is very uniform. - Transfer the hot sauce to the container of your choice and the recipe is ready to eat.
