Ingredients
4 eggs
3 cups of flour (wheat)
2 cups (tea) of sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
1 and 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 tablespoon of butter
Directions
- In a blender add the eggs, roasted peanuts, milk, butter, sugar and beat until a smooth and uniform mass is formed.
- Place the wheat flour in a container and add the blender mixture.
Mix very well with a spoon, add the baking powder and stir some more.
Then pour the dough into a greased and floured shape. - Bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown, in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
- Wait for the cake to cool to room temperature and unmold onto a platter or plate.
Cut the way you like and the peanut cake is ready.
