This blender peanut cake is a tasty and practical snack option!

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs

  • 3 cups of flour (wheat)

  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar

  • 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of roasted peanuts

  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Directions

  • In a blender add the eggs, roasted peanuts, milk, butter, sugar and beat until a smooth and uniform mass is formed.
  • Place the wheat flour in a container and add the blender mixture. 
    Mix very well with a spoon, add the baking powder and stir some more. 
    Then pour the dough into a greased and floured shape.
  • Bake the cake for approximately 45 minutes, or until golden brown, in an oven preheated to 180º₢.
  • Wait for the cake to cool to room temperature and unmold onto a platter or plate.
