Peach pavé is a dessert to make the piece repeat!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml whole milk

  • 600 grams of peaches in syrup

  • 1 package of cornstarch biscuits

  • 1 box of cream

  • 1 box of condensed milk

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Directions

  • Mix the condensed milk and cornstarch well in a pan off the heat. 
    Add the cream and whole milk, turn on the low heat and stir constantly until you get the point of falling from the spoon and a layer on top. 
    Turn off and wait to cool down.
  • Line the bottom of a refractory with the cornstarch cookies, then add half of the cream and spread well. 
    Add half of the chopped peaches in syrup and make the second layer of cookies. 
    Finally add the rest of the cream, then the rest of the chopped peaches in syrup.
  • Cover the dessert and leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, until it is very cold and with a firmer consistency.
  • Serve the chilled peach pavé in plates, pots or other containers of your choice.
