minutesPasta with white sauce is a recipe that brings together practicality and a lot of flavor!
Ingredients
500 grams of macaroni
500 grams of shredded cooked chicken
100 grams of mozzarella
1 cup onion (tea)
1 teaspoon of saffron
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
1 strand of olive oil
3 cloves of garlic
Oregano to taste
Black pepper to taste
- Cream
700 ml of whole milk
3 tablespoons of butter
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
Nutmeg to taste
Salt to taste
Directions
- Put the olive oil and the chopped onion in a pan, put it on the fire and stir constantly until it withers.
Add the crushed garlic, cooked and shredded chicken breast, saffron, sweet paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix very well, turn off the heat and set aside. - In another pan add the butter, take it to the fire and when it melts add the wheat flour.
Stir well using preferably a whisk, add the milk, salt, nutmeg and black pepper to taste.
Continue stirring for a few more minutes, until it becomes a cream. - Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions.
In a refractory, assemble a layer with the chicken, one of cooked pasta, one more of white sauce, another of chicken and finish with another one of white sauce.
Place mozzarella and oregano on top, bake in a preheated oven at 200º₢ for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is browned, and the pasta with white sauce is ready.
