With an air of sophisticated dessert, passion fruit mousse with chocolate is made with simple ingredients and can be easily prepared at home!
Ingredients
1 package of passion fruit juice powder
200 grams of powdered milk
200 grams of chocolate
300 ml of ice water
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave every 30 seconds or in a bain-marie, pour it into a mold and spread it on the sides.
Remove the excess from the mold and place it in the refrigerator for 2 minutes.
Pour the melted chocolate again, remove the excess and refrigerate for another 5 minutes. - In the blender add the ice water, powdered milk and beat well.
While the blender is running, gradually add the powdered passion fruit juice for 5 minutes.
Transfer the cream to the shape and add the rest of the melted chocolate on top. - Cover the dessert and transfer it to the fridge for at least another 5 minutes, so that the chocolate can set.
- Serve the passion fruit mousse with chocolate still chilled in pots or plates of your choice.
