Ingredients
Penne Pasta ½ packet 250g
Butter 2 tablespoons (40g)
Olive oil ½ tablespoon (6 ml)
½ piece chopped onion
Wheat flour 2 tablespoons (30g)
Milk 2 cups (480 mL)
Sour cream ½ box (100g)
Salt to taste
Nutmeg to taste
Fresh peas 150g
150g chopped ham
Grated Parmesan
Directions
- Noodle
- Cook the pasta in a pan with water and salt, according to the package instructions (cooking for 2 minutes less, as the sauce will cook the remaining time);
- White Sauce
- In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp Butter (40g);
- Add Olive Oil ½ tbsp (6mL);
- Add chopped onion ½ unit;
- Let it wither a little;
- Add 2 tbsp Wheat Flour (30g);
- Mix on low heat until golden;
- Add Milk 2 cups (480 mL);
- Mix well with a fue;
- When it starts to boil, add Cream of milk ½ box (100g);
- Add salt;
- Add grated nutmeg;
- Add fresh peas 150g;
- Add chopped ham 150g;
- Add grated Parmesan;
- Mix and turn off the heat;
- Add the sauce over the pasta;
