Ingredients

  • Penne Pasta ½ packet 250g

  • Butter 2 tablespoons (40g)

  • Olive oil ½ tablespoon (6 ml)

  • ½ piece chopped onion

  • Wheat flour 2 tablespoons (30g)

  • Milk 2 cups (480 mL)

  • Sour cream ½ box (100g)

  • Salt to taste

  • Nutmeg to taste

  • Fresh peas 150g

  • 150g chopped ham

  • Grated Parmesan

Directions

  • Noodle
  • Cook the pasta in a pan with water and salt, according to the package instructions (cooking for 2 minutes less, as the sauce will cook the remaining time);
  • White Sauce
  • In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp Butter (40g);
  • Add Olive Oil ½ tbsp (6mL);
  • Add chopped onion ½ unit;
  • Let it wither a little;
  • Add 2 tbsp Wheat Flour (30g);
  • Mix on low heat until golden;
  • Add Milk 2 cups (480 mL);
  • Mix well with a fue;
  • When it starts to boil, add Cream of milk ½ box (100g);
  • Add salt;
  • Add grated nutmeg;
  • Add fresh peas 150g;
  • Add chopped ham 150g;
  • Add grated Parmesan;
  • Mix and turn off the heat;
  • Add the sauce over the pasta;
